We're delighted to welcome back Tim Feldmann to our yoga shala in August 2024. Tim visited us the first time in 2021 and he now returns for another weekend workshop on 6-8 September 2024. Tim will teach two morning mysore style classes and three afternoon workshops with specially chosen themes. There will also be two opportunities for Q&A. The workshop starts on the Friday evening with a talk about the purpose of our daily yoga practice - what do the classic yogic texts say about yoga and how to apply it to your own yoga practice for long term benefit? The workshop will be taught in English.
DATE AND TIME:
Friday 6th17-19:00 - Talk, "What is Practice" + Q&A?
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th 8-11:00 - Morning mysore style class (two shifts depending on the size of the group). After the mysore class on Sunday at 11am Tim gives an additional 30min Q&A.
Saturday 7th 13:30-15:30 and Sunday 8th 13-15 - Afternoon workshop

PRICES:
Full workshop: 2800 SEK (Fully booked with waiting list. However, it is possible to take part at the morning mysore classes )
Single class (morning mysore): 600 SEK or 1050 SEK for Saturday and Sunday
