This beginner-friendly course is designed to gently guide you into the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, step by step. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation of breath, focus and alignment gradually working towards the Primary Series.
As the course progresses, you will gradually build strength and flexibility to move towards flowing ashtanga practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply new to this style, this course will give you the tools to grow at your own pace and gain confidence and strength to explore primary series.
Join our 12-week-course in a spacious and central studio at the 5th floor of Torgcentret every Wednesday at 18:00. Class length - 75 min.
