Ashtanga is back COYogis and we are so pumped!Join Jeff Lehrer, an Ashtanga-trained 300-RYT, as he leads the Ashtanga Primary Series here at Centred on Yoga. Jeff will guide you through the full series each week in a 75-minute class on One Sunday a Month, beginning in March through June 2024 from 11am to 12:15pm. See the full schedule below:

Sunday - May 19th, 11am-12:15pm
Sunday - June 2nd, 11am-12:15pm
