As this is a "sweaty meditation," dynamic-style practice that includes some advanced asana offerings, Some previous experience with the Ashtanga method of practice in Mysore class is always strongly recommended. (Mysore classes are available every week on Mondays and Fridays). Angel is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and well experienced teacher and will meet you exactly where you are.

Meet your teacher: Angel is a Yoga Alliance ERYT500, YACEP teacher who has been studying and teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. Angel completed a year intensive study with Marque Garaux, Authorized level II teacher in 2021 and continues to practice, study, and share Ashtanga method in the traditional way she has been taught by her teachers. Angel is deeply knowledgeable of human anatomy and functional movement and applies this knowledge to adapting the practice to each individual as they personally need with compassion and encouragement.
