Join Noriko, Kat and Isabella for this fun, special class.
We'll be guided through the standing and seated sequence of half the primary series of Ashtanga yoga - dynamic yoga that will warm us up as we strengthen our muscles in preparation for moving into Yin yoga - a slower practice to help us improve flexibility.
A solid, fun practice that will leave you energised for the rest of the weekend!
All levels very welcome.
Bring your yoga mat and due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, its ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
