This set sequence is a wonderful exploration of body and breath, set to a count and rhythm that keeps you present as you move through the postures. A challenging yet, rewarding sequence, modifications will of course be offered. Each month you will grow more familiar with the sequence and allow yourself to sink into the practice and reap its many benefits.

- Some yoga experience is encouraged as this is a dynamic sequence but Ashtanga newbies welcome!

About Jess

Jess began practising yoga in California, embedding it into her daily life upon realising the many physical and mental benefits. As a musician, Jess found that flowing, especially to music, was a valuable and expressive tool that could alter mood and energy levels, whilst also strengthening and releasing tension from the body.

Now a 200hr registered yoga teacher, Jess’ classes are influenced by Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices while also embedding yin and restorative styles. Jess offers modifications and variations throughout her classes to make them accessible to all, builds awareness of the mind body connection and in turn, enables everyone, to feel the many benefits of a holistic yoga practice.
