What is Ashtanga?
Ashtanga is a traditional and disciplined style of yoga that follows a specific, rigorous sequence of postures synchronized with the breath. It is a physically demanding practice designed to build internal heat, purify the body, and cultivate a "moving meditation."

Fixed Sequence: Practitioners follow a set series of poses (starting with the Primary Series) that remains the same every time, allowing for a deep focus on mastery and internal awareness.
