This event will be SMALL, but we are excited to have the opportunity to bring the opportunity to the community!

Please arrive 15 mins early for your timeslot

Time slot A: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Time slot B: 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Please only book one time slot to allow others the opportunity to attend.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

• Each time slot will have 4 photographer slots and 5 Cosplayer/ model slots available for a 1 hour time slot.
• The capacity limitations are incredibly strict, so +1s will NOT be permitted.
• Due to the capacity limitations, we ask that you please book ONLY ONE time slot (1 hour in length + 15 min early arival time) If 2 time slots are purchased, the second slot booked will be cancelled to allow someone else to attend the event, and only the first time slot selected will be honored.
• Late arrivals will NOT be permitted ANY extra shooting time due to the strict capacity guidelines, you are expected to arrive 15 mins early to change/etc as needed, and expected to be PACKING UP at the 10 min warning announcement at the end of your timeslot.

The Ashley Castle was built 2006 and has hosted more than 1,000 events ranging from weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate events, bat-mitzvahs, quinceañeras, celebrations of life, baby showers, fashion shows, Super Bowl parties, and more! This venue features a castle style home, elegant garden, and upscale furnishings and ornate halls.

We will have access to the following areas in the castle:

• Grooms room
• Brides room
• Main Foyer
• Main Hall
• Gardens
