Join us for an exciting Asheville Triathlon | Group Run + Course Preview & Clinic! Presented by iDaph Events in collaboration with iDream Athletes Foundation and other local multi-sport community leaders, this event is FREE and designed to prepare you for the upcoming Asheville Triathlon this summer.The session will be coached and led by the USAT certified coach Jay Hamvas of Jbird Multi-sport coaching, ensuring you receive top-notch guidance and support.
