Fusion dancing is back in Asheville!
Asheville Fusion Dance is a new fusion dance initiative birthed out of a local, community-led desire to bring a sustainable, authentic, and connection-focused fusion scene back to the greater Asheville area.
Come out and dance with us at Uphora Dance Studio in West Asheville, where a smooth sprung floor, a high-end sound system, and a great lighting set-up are ready to welcome you into a full night of connected dancing!
No matter if you are new to fusion dancing or if you are a seasoned dancer, Asheville Fusion Dance is so excited to welcome you to be a part of our community.
Details:
8-9pm - Lesson and instructor: "Tiny Dancer - Close Embrace & Micro Fusion" with Mac Frazier. Mac will cover consensual close embrace and micro fusion basics to give you skills for cozy moments and keep you dancing late into the night!
9pm-1am - Dance! DJs: Luke Creech, Tola Ajibade, Ramona Spence, Mac Frazier
Entry Price: $10 at the door, cash or card
