Asha Stanford Holi

Get unlimited color and hip-shaking music on Saturday, April 20th and Sunday, April 21st, 2024 at Sand Hills Field, Stanford, CA! There are multiple time slots to choose from, or you can get full-day tickets for Saturday!

1. Saturday whole-day tickets: Because of high demand, we've brought back full day tickets. To purchase a whole day ticket, you can select any time slot on Saturday, and buy the whole day ticket from there. Depsite which slot you buy the whole day ticket from, you can join Holi at any time you'd like! You will be required to leave the field at the end of each time slot, but will be let in as soon as our crew finishes clean up, so everyone can have a fresh experience at Holi (which takes ~20 minutes, and should let you rest and grab some food)! Do not purchase these for Sunday, or your order will be refunded. Color won't be avalable in between sessions, but music and food will both continue!
2. Saturday 4-6PM: This slot will feature a mix of Bollywood and English music! The rest of the slots will be Bollywood-only.
3. Refunds: You can request refunds until April 13th, 2024. Refund requests past this will not be granted.

Holi is about celebrating the colors and vitality of spring with family and friends -- 5000 lbs of food-grade colors should be enough to get you started with the celebrations! Net proceeds go towards supporting educational non-profits in India!

Stanford University's support for our event allows us to offer student tickets for free. Just remember:

• Use your @stanford.edu email address to make your purchase on Eventbrite
• Enter your SUID when prompted (buyers without SUID are not considered affiliates)
• Bring your Stanford ID card with you to the event
• You can also buy a Stanford guest ticket at the General admission price

Student ticket purchases not made with a @ email address and the corresponding SUID will be canceled, so please keep these in mind!

All net proceeds from this event will go towards funding the education of underprivileged children in India. Asha for Education is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization with minimal overheads dedicated to change in India by focusing on basic education with a belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change. We have a strong track record of being transparent, accountable and responsible with your contributions: for example, Times of India awarded Asha for Education the Social Impact Award in 2015. Your support means a lot to us!

100% cancellation requests will be given until April 13th. Tickets after that will not be refunded. Note that it may take a few days for the tickets to get canceled. Once canceled, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to get refunded.

Tickets are only available for purchase online for the outside community while students can purchase tickets on the spot while tickets last.

Yes! Kids below the age of 15 can purchase youth tickets. Kids under the age of 4 do not need tickets to attend.

Tickets can be scanned from paper or from your device.

Yes, with the exception that a Stanford Student ticket can only be used by a Stanford Student for entry. Stanford Student ticket holders will have to show their Stanford ID Cards for admission.

No, tickets can only be used on the day listed and time slot listed on the ticket. Tickets for the wrong day and time will not admit you to the event.

Every year we get reports of fake/canceled tickets being sold on Craigslist. Please note each ticket will scan only once on the day of the event and the same ticket can not be used for multiple admissions. People with fake/canceled tickets will be turned back. Asha Stanford reserves the right to invalidate tickets that are being sold on Craigslist at a higher price.

Yes, Indian food will be available for purchase inside the venue.

In case of rain or extreme weather, the event organizers will make a decision as to whether the event can safely go on, or needs to be canceled for safety reasons. The final decision will be made at least three days in advance. In the case of cancellation due to rain, tickets will be refunded 50% of their original cost.

We do NOT have places to store bags at the event. Please leave bags in the car and only bring in items that you do not mind getting color on. Bringing a ziploc bag for your phone will help protect it against damage.

No, pets are not allowed.
