ASF (Vic Council) Meeting and Lunch in Essendon - November 2024

This event is the bi-monthly ASF Scout Fellowship (Vic) Council meeting, followed by the "open to all ASF members lunch", and where we welcome ASF members, but RSVP is necessary, in order to cater for the numbers and have enough seats. (This bi-monthly event is in the odd months during the year). Feel free to register for, and attend, the council meeting and/or the lunch.

Details:

• 10:30am - ASF Vic Council meeting.
• 12 noon - Lunch at your own expense, selecting anything from the hotel bistro menu and the bar.
• Dress: Feel free to wear at least the Scout Fellowship scarf and light blue shirt, windcheater, etc. (not mandatory). This is good for Public Relations.

To keep things simple, when you register here we will note your registration for both the Council meeting and for the lunch - even if you will only attend one of these.

On the day: You do NOT need to bring a "ticket". If you RSVP here, or contact Rob, that will be enough to hold a seat for you. If you arrive early, tea and coffee and other drinks are available at the bar. Feel free to congregate with others - especially if they are wearing a Scout Fellowship scarf.

Car parking: There is street parking outside the facility nearby.

Note: Our open lunches occur every month and alternate between Ringwood RSL and Essendon. At the Essendon event there will also be a formal ASF Council meeting in the hour or so preceding the lunch (from 10:30am), to which ASF observers are also very welcome. Please contact us for further details.
