Ever wish you could pull the teacher aside after class and get pointers on alignment and variations that work best for your body?Join us every 3rd Saturday for a two-hour workshop where we will spend the first hour doing just that! In hour two, I will lead you through a class to give you an opportunity to apply what you learned!
Date: Every 3rd Saturday, beginning with 3/16
Time: 5-7pm
Cost: $30 members/ $40 non-members

Meet the Host:
Dani Anderlini (E-YRT 500) has been practicing yoga for 10 years and has been teaching since 2020. She specializes in Yin yoga and nervous system regulation. She is passionate about helping people connect to their bodies and sharing strategies for working with your nervous system to make being a human a little easier. Formerly a 5th grade teacher, she enjoys working with kids and believes in bringing a sense of humor and relatability to everything she teaches. She grew up in the Midwest and now lives in Daly City and loves teaching in the Pacifica area.
