Asana Lab

Every Second Saturday of the month we tease out a new pesky pose!

In this 75min special event expect to do:

- 45min Warm Up: tailored to the pose of the day

- 30min of Lab time: where we will practice different versions of the pose, talk through alignment points and schools of thought/ perspectives, learn hands on or prop assists, look at transitions in and out of the pose and see how this pose may prepare us for other moves or asana down the line.
