King's Blue Club in Memphis, Buddy Guy's Legends bar in Chicago, and ArtPrize WYCE Blue Bridge Music Fest in their native Grand Rapids, Ml.
Glowing under the brightest spotlights, Asamu and The Associates claimed their two regional championships at the International Blues Festival in two consecutive years - 2016 and 2017. They even opened for Blues legend Koko Taylor, another highlight on their list of remarkable accolades.
