Learning Objectives: At the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to:

• Identify some basics for organizational success.

• Understand how to administer the “Methodology”.

• Complete a mini OD “As Is – Gap Analysis” Assessment Worksheet.

• Be able to apply the methodology back in your respective organization.

Workshop Overview:

Attendees will be exposed to an industry-standard “As Is, To Be, Gap Analysis”

methodology that has been customized by the instructor. The workshop will begin by

highlighting two theoretical constructs that support the use of this model in the public

sector. After the walk-through, attendees will complete a mini version of the

methodology to give them a practical application experience. The workshop will

conclude by highlighting some basic facilitation techniques that will aid in the use of the

methodology back in the attendees’ respective organizations. Therefore, there will be

multiple “take aways.”
