**By purchasing a ticket to a PunkAngelzInc event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:**
**1\. No Refunds** All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by PunkAngelzInc.
**2\. Event Entry** Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if you are unable to comply with venue rules, age requirements, identification requirements, capacity limits, or applicable laws.
**3\. Identification & Age Requirements** Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry. Guests must meet the age requirement advertised for the specific event. Guests who cannot provide valid identification may be denied entry without a refund.
**4\. Personal Responsibility** Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings, actions, and conduct while attending the event. PunkAngelzInc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
**5\. Assumption of Risk** By attending, you acknowledge that concerts, nightlife events, dancing, crowds, and live performances may involve inherent risks, including accidental injury. You voluntarily assume these ordinary risks associated with attending the event.
**6\. Photography & Video** By entering the event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and other recordings may take place. Your image or likeness may appear in promotional or social media content related to the event.
**7\. Code of Conduct** Harassment, discrimination, violence, fighting, theft, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. PunkAngelzInc and/or the venue reserve the right to remove individuals who violate event or venue policies without a refund.
**8\. Venue Policies** All attendees must comply with the rules and policies of the event venue. Venue policies may include additional restrictions regarding outside food or drinks, prohibited items, smoking/vaping, dress code, and conduct.
**9\. Event Changes** Lineups, performers, schedules, locations, and other event details may be subject to change. PunkAngelzInc will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes when possible.
**10\. Release & Waiver** To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ticket holder agrees to release PunkAngelzInc, its owners, organizers, staff, contractors, performers, and participating parties from claims arising from ordinary risks associated with attendance at the event, except where prohibited by law.
**11\. Acceptance of Terms** Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
