ARTWEST '25 is a special exhibition by local artists and craft makers who are inspired by Wianamatta aka South Creek St Marys*.

The popular ARTWEST exhibition has celebrated the creativity and diversity of the St Marys community since the 1990s.

*Wianamatta means Mother Place in Dharug language

10am-3pm - Exhibition Opens

• 6pm - Acknowledgement of Country
• Official Opening: Mayor of PenrithTodd Carney
• Kenote: Kevin Finlayson No Boundaries: the healing nature of art making

Family Day schedule Saturday 25 October

10am-3pm - Exhibition open and hands-on fun begins

• learn to weave rope with Aunty Cindy Laws
• build a seasonal ornament with the Nepean Potters Society
• design colourful paper collage pot with Nasim
• bring home a free native seedling
• fashionable clothing repairs tips and tricks
• see historic cultural costume displays
• enjoy a fresh coffee - gold coin donation
• maker-safe-space inspired by Pasifika
