Let’s explore, create, and thrive together.Open to adults, ArtThrive Collective is a free art therapy program that blends the wonders of object-based learning with the healing power of creativity. Designed to support mental health and general wellness, participants will develop and strengthen skills to manage stress, cope with life’s changes, and gain personal insight.
Spend time in the galleries with an MMA educator who will guide a conversation-based tour focused on individual and collective meaning-making. Then, create in the studio with licensed art therapist, April Fitzpatrick LMHC, ATR-BC. The group meets every first Wednesday of the month from 1 to 3 PM. Spaces are limited, so register by the Friday before each session.
