Broadway star Jasmine Forsberg of SIX The Musical® will headline a FREE community concert on the Central Park main stage. Presented by Central Florida Vocal Arts, the concert will feature showstopping pop, rock and musical theater melodies backed by a live band led by pianist Julian Bond. Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy this magical evening under the stars.Jasmine Forsberg is a New York City based actress, songwriter, and voiceover artist originally from Orlando. She has performed on Broadway in SIX The Musical® (Jane Seymour), Here Lies Love (Maria Luisa), and Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends alongside stage and screen legends Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga. Growing up in central Florida, Jasmine performed on many beloved community stages including the Orlando Family Stage, Winter Park Playhouse and Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Most recently, Jasmine was seen in the World Premiere of I & You: The Musical at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ. In addition to performing onstage, Jasmine writes her own music and is often in the
recording booth. Her debut single, “do you,” is available for streaming on all platforms and her original music was also featured in the Hallmark® film “One December Night,” in which she made her television debut.
This event is a vibrant piece of Arts Weekend ~ A Tapestry of Experiences hosted by the city’s Arts & Culture Alliance, and presented by the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation and AdventHealth, running Thursday through Sunday, February 5-8, 2026.
