Our annual gala-style specially themed event, Arts for Carts, raises money for our medical and rehabilitative funds which provides special needs dogs with mobility aides (carts) and veterinary care ect... All proceeds benefit the special needs dogs of LoveyLoaves.
In addition to our daily efforts to save and better the lives of specially-abled dogs, we strive to purchase a large parcel of land to expand our efforts and develop a safe haven for “specially-abled” dogs. This will be a place where dogs with special circumstances can receive rehabilitation, physical therapy, love, and possibly be re-homed, fostered, or peacefully live out the rest of their days.

New York Times bestselling author Tamar Geller is, as Oprah says, “A Life Coach for Dogs and their People.” Based on the knowledge she acquired as an Israeli Special Forces intelligence officer as well as her time spent observing wolves in the wild, Tamar created The Loved Dog™ method. Rejecting the outdated concept of teaching dogs to obey only five commands, Tamar instead is teaching dogs essential life skills. Living as a part of a human family, in a world and culture different than their own, dogs have to adjust the way they evaluate situations and people, as well as their behavior. Known for her innovative methods, enthusiasm, and celebrity clients, Tamar has transformed lives and impacted relationships not only for dogs but also for the people who love them.
