Arts Complex Creates Information Session and Venues Tour 2026

Arts Complex Creates aims to expand and diversify the cultural offerings and attract broader audiences at the Denver Performing Arts Complex through partnerships and collaborations with Denver’s creative community, as well as local, regional and national artists and arts organizations.

These Arts Complex Creates opportunities are accessible through an application process. The application and detailed guidelines, including eligibility, will be available on our website, www.artscomplex.com/about/opportunities.

New Works Incubator: Support the creation, development and presentation of new works.

• Access to development/incubator space (up to 4 weeks) at Champa Rehearsal Studio
• Final presentation in an Arts Complex venue, based on audience size
• Expectation of community engagement throughout the development process
• Open to individual artists, artist collectives and organizations in Colorado and nationally*
• Anticipating 2-4 projects annually
• General marketing support from Denver Arts & Venues
• Individual Award Amounts: Up to $25,000

Producing Partners: Inviting the Colorado creative community to present at the Arts Complex.

• For a public performance or event in an Arts Complex venue (a maximum of 3-7 days for the engagement)
• Final presentation in an Arts Complex venue, based on audience size
• Open to Colorado-based independent artists, producers, producing collectives, and arts organizations*
• Anticipating 3-5 projects annually
• General marketing support from Denver Arts & Venues
• Individual Award Amounts: Up to $50,000
