This workshop focuses on teaching participants first how to make prints using a Gelli Plate and a variety of paints, relief items, texture and layering to produce stunning handmade papers. After our gorgeous papers are made, we will transform them into wearable art Pendants, Earrings, and Bracelets. A variety of finishing techniques will be taught in this workshop to ensure you properly seal your wearable art! You’ll learn to design and create beautiful pieces including earrings, pendants, and bracelets. Experiment with color, patterns and textures as you bring your vision to life.
All materials will be provided, and each participant will complete 4-6 jewelry pieces to take home. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a collection of unique, handcrafted jewelry and newfound skills to continue your artistic journey.
