Through a thoughtful blend of expressive arts and meditative practices, participants will explore creative expression as a spiritual outlet for healing and growth.
The session draws on guided meditation techniques inspired by Kristin Neff’s Self-Compassion model and Ericksonian practice, offering participants the opportunity to explore expressive arts as a meaningful spiritual outlet.
