As adults needing to shoulder the stress of making a living and being responsible for yourself and others, many of us have forgotten how to ... HAVE FUN!

And be like a child - explore the world like a child. View the world through the lens of a child - with curiosity, wonder, and gratitude.

As someone who can get serious too often, and yet knows my true power comes from being relaxed and playful, I strive to always look for ways to be able to look at and deal with life challenges with gratitude and joy!

One such way I aim to do that is through PLAY. Working with my hands - making stuff.

Join me and allow yourself to be a CHILD - allow your inner child to come out and have his/her time to PLAY! Allowing your inner child to come out in a healthy way also reduces the chances of him/her coming out when you need to be an ADULT!

I hope to make this a monthly event - currently experimenting to see which day of the week would be best!

The cost of the event covers the rental office and supplies.

Please RSVP ASAP as I'd like to have a minimum of 4+ folks signed up 2 days before the event to make sure this event does happen! It takes quite some effort to put it up? And I need to know in advance how many are coming to bring enough supplies!

What we will do:

• We will go through a quick meditation to relax your body and mind, and we'll get started on the activity.

• For Jan 2023, we'll be decorating fridge magnets! Supplies are provided - you're welcome to bring your own paint brush and acrylic pains, but I will make sure we have enough!

Suggestions for different type of activities are always welcome?

• Arts supplies
• Snacks & tea

You may want to bring:

• Socks since you may want to paint sitting on the floor
• Comfy/warm clothing
• Notes + pens
• Extra arts supplies to your liking
