Please join us for this extraordinary exhibit created by Tommy, Vanessa Torres, and Craig Miles! The exhibit will be up for the month of April with an Art reception on third Thursday, April 16 from 6 to 8 PM.
Derrick Enyard will provide fabulous. Live music for this event.

Tommy, a multimedia artist from Kansas City, Missouri is interested in creating spaces where the depiction of African Americans is appreciated and celebrated. During her time as an English Education student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, she founded the organization Mizzou Black Creatives, providing other Black students with a safe space where they may inspire one another. Tommy currently teaches Special Education at Hickman high school and is a part time tattoo artist in Mexico, Missouri.
Also, please enjoy the other 14 artist we have at Artlandish who bring a small bit of culture and whimsy to the block on ninth Street.
