Prismajic’s Artistic Explorers is an art focused exploratory art camp taught by the talented artists that created Shiki Dreams, Prismajic’s award winning immersive art experience, located in Colorado Mills Mall.Each morning the Artistic Explorers will wander in Shiki’s Dreams to kick off the ideas for projects focusing on
While making these art projects, the class will explore a variety of art mediums (painting, collage, sculpture, etc.) that will further their understanding of each medium and will be used to complete the project.
Our Daily Schedule:
9:00-9:30 Ice breaker get to know you activity
9:30-10 Story of Shiki and light snack
10-11 Exhibit scavenger hunt or exhibit activity
11-12 Main art activity
12-12:15 Clean up and wash hands for lunch
12:15-12:45 Lunch
12:45-1:00 Wash hands and clean up
1:00- 1:30 Group game. (If it is nice out the group may go outside)
1:30-2:45 STEM activity
2:45-3:00 Clean up and get ready to go home
Lunch is included with class. Lunch will be lunchable style with meats and cheeses and a sandwich option of ham and cheese or peanut butter and jelly unless nut allergies.
If your child has allergies and needs to bring their own lunch please let us know
Our lead teacher, Tracy, is an experienced working artist who worked on Shiki Dreams and The Night Owls and has experience teaching art to kids.
Camps will run 9am to 3pm - $300 a 4 day week.
June 24th - 27th (M-Th)
July 22nd- 25th (M-Th)
August 5th -8th (M-Th)
