Artist Talk with Via Boley

Via Boley in conversation about shapeshifting, her first solo exhibition. An afternoon talk on the work, the process, & the thinking behind
About this Event

Join us for an afternoon with Via Boley and her artist talk about shapeshifting, her new body of work that has been in planning for over a year.

Hear directly from the artist: how she starts, plans and created. What holds it together, and the thinking behind a body of work built on tension and change. Boley works in cut and sanded metal, ink glazes, and thin layers of acrylic, and here she talks through what that process asks of her, and what of her is in it.

Come with questions. The talk begins at 3:30PM, with time before and after to see the show and talk with the artist.

Free and open to all. On view through November 7.
