Artist Sessions at Wistariahurst: Website Building and Networking

Are you an artist wanting to connect with other local artists? Are you stuck on a project or piece of art? The Artist Sessions at Wistariahurst Museum is the perfect opportunity for you! Led by a local, amazing artist, Jackie Delarosa, these sessions are meant to help artists in the western Massachusetts area come together to create a supportive environment. Once a month, Wistariahurst Museum will host various workshops and sessions to help artists focus on their personal goals and enhance their practices by interacting with other artists. From learning how to website build, to networking, participating in artmaking, or sharing solutions to common problems, these sessions are geared towards helping artists boost their practices and potential. We are an artist-friendly space that encourages creativity and supports the growth of this region’s artists, which is why these sessions are offered at no cost and accessible to all artists seeking to elevate their careers. Artist Sessions at Wistariahurst Museum will take place on the last Saturday of the month starting on February 24th, 2024.

March's session will be dedicated website building and networking. Members attending will be encouraged to share their experiences with the technical side of artmaking, and successes or “failures” in networking. The goal is to encourage artists to share problems they have come across and solutions to said problems. You won't want to miss this amazing artist support group! We hope to see you there!

Las Sesiones de Artistas del Museo Wistariahurst son la oportunidad perfecta para ti. Dirigido por un artista local, increíble, Jackie Delarosa, estas sesiones están destinadas a ayudar a los artistas en el área occidental de Massachusetts se reúnen para crear un ambiente de apoyo. Una vez al mes, el Museo Wistariahurst acogerá diversos talleres y sesiones para ayudar a los artistas a centrarse en sus objetivos personales y mejorar sus prácticas mediante la interacción con otros artistas. Somos un espacio acogedor para los artistas que fomenta la creatividad y apoya el crecimiento de los artistas de esta región, razón por la cual estas sesiones se ofrecen sin coste alguno y son accesibles a todos los artistas que buscan elevar sus carreras. Las Sesiones de Artistas en el Museo Wistariahurst tendrán lugar el último sábado de cada mes a partir del 24 de febrero de 2024.

La sesión de marzo estará dedicada a la creación de sitios web y a la creación de redes. Se animará a los asistentes a compartir sus experiencias con la parte técnica de la creación artística y sus éxitos o "fracasos" en la creación de redes. El objetivo es animar a los artistas a compartir los problemas con los que se han encontrado y las soluciones a dichos problemas. No querrás perderte este increíble grupo de apoyo a los artistas.
