Paul is a native of Baltimore, MD, and is one of the most remarkable artists on the East Coast. Primarily self-taught, he is noted for virtually unparalleled quality and the degree of detail in his work. His original pieces are done in pen and ink and take 100 to 200 hours each, then are printed on a high-quality Heidelberg press. After the limited edition is printed, Paul hand watercolors each print individually. He continuously strives to increase his work's detail, impact, and overall quality.
