Artist-Led Workshop: Movement Migration with Marina Shterenberg

What might a jellyfish, a snow leopard, or a willow tree teach us about moving? Join artist Marina Shterenberg for a playful guided workshop inspired by the natural world. Through simple movements, breathing, music, and large-scale nature projections, explore soft steps, flowing gestures, gentle stretches, and your own rhythm. Finish with a small watercolor painting, letting your brush continue the movements you’ve discovered — a personal keepsake to take home.
No dance or art experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and move at your own pace.
