Haitian singer Emeline Michel, who came in March for an inauguration concert, will be working with Year 1 students as part of the artist-in-residence program. Together, they will explore music and dance and perform in a final show at the end of the week!

Emeline Michelle is a Haitian singer also known as "The Joni Mitchell of Haiti". Her music merges Haitian compas and rara to jazz, pop, bossa nova and samba.
