Event Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation are no longer optional skills — they are essential for modern professionals and organisations. This 1-day intensive workshop is designed to help participants clearly understand what AI and automation really are, how they are used in real businesses today, and how they can be applied responsibly and effectively in the workplace.

This workshop focuses on practical understanding rather than complex theory. Participants will explore how AI is improving productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency across industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, marketing, HR, and operations.

In addition to learning core AI concepts, participants will also understand automation tools, AI-driven workflows, ethical considerations, data privacy concerns, and workforce impact. Real-world examples, group discussions, and guided activities ensure learning is clear, relevant, and immediately usable.

By the end of the day, participants will be confident in identifying AI opportunities, understanding risks, and contributing to AI-related decisions within their organisation.
