About this Event
A one day conference taking place on Friday 29th November at Queen’s University Belfast School of Law will consider Article 2 of the Windsor Framework in wider context.
Academic and practitioner contributions will take stock of recent developments in WF Article 2 case law as well as examining the broader implications and potential implications of the provision in relation to issues such as environmental rights, frontier workers, social rights, and immigration policy.
This event is funded by the ‘Governance for a place between: the Multilevel Dynamics of Implementing the Protocol on Ireland / Northern Ireland’ ESRC-funded project and is co-hosted by the Queen’s International Economic Law Centre.
