Whether you're living with joint pain or supporting someone who is, these sessions offer practical advice and up-to-date information. You will also get the chance to try out equipment designed to simplify everyday tasks

It can affect anyone—young or old—but is more common as we age. While there’s no cure, arthritis can be managed with the right support.
