Join us for an artful meditation, no art skills required!About this Event
This class will begin with learning a simple pattern to fill a shape, followed by a short seated meditation wrapping up with a written exercise.
This event is BYOB, if you overindulge it’s a great excuse to check out the salt caves at our host location Rise and Shine Wellness!
