Arteterapia con Anastasia

ARTE TERAPIA is a bilingual immersive experience combining healing practices with creating art. Anastasia Shi guides the class through a combination of yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy exercises to express our innermost thoughts and unlock artistic energy. She creates a creative container to allowing open expression through wet and dry media.

You will begin to peel away layers and any blockages that are holding you back from fully expressing your truest self.

It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your core, your deepest essence, release unwanted emotions and set intentions for all that you dream to become and express.

We provide all art materials, complementary herbal tea and light snacks. We ask you bring a yoga mat or blanket, as well as clothes you don't mind getting messy while making art.

ARTE TERAPIA es una experiencia inmersiva bilingüe que combina prácticas de sanación con la creación de arte. Anastasia Shi guía a la clase a través de una combinación de ejercicios de yoga, meditación y psicoterapia para expresar nuestros pensamientos más íntimos y desbloquear la energía artística. Ella crea un contenedor creativo para permitir la expresión abierta a través de medios húmedos y secos.

Comenzarás a despegar capas y cualquier bloqueo que te impida expresar plenamente tu verdadero ser.

Es una oportunidad para reconectarte con tu núcleo, tu esencia más profunda, liberar emociones no deseadas y establecer intenciones para todo lo que sueñas ser y expresar.

Brindamos todos los materiales de arte, té de hierbas complementario y refrigerios ligeros. Te pedimos que traigas una colchoneta de yoga o una manta, así como ropa que no te importe ensuciar mientras haces arte.

Anastasia was born and raised in Siberia. Her life took her places, seeking different experiences, cultures, and discovering her artistic voice from Siberia to China, the United States, and Mexico. Her work and creativity have been showcased around the world. Anastasia is a certified practicing creative and spiritual coach who has studied psychotherapy and provocative therapy. She now combines her artistic and therapeutic expertise and into her unique immersive art therapies.

Anastasia nació y creció en Siberia. Su vida tomó sus lugares, buscando diferentes experiencias, culturas y descubriendo su voz artística desde Siberia hasta China, Estados Unidos y México. Su trabajo y creatividad se han exhibido en todo el mundo. Anastasia es una entrenadora espiritual y creativa certificada que ha estudiado psicoterapia y terapia de provocación. Ahora combina su experiencia artística y terapéutica con sus terapias artísticas inmersivas únicas.
