About Artemis ILS NYC 2025:
Artemis is returning to New York in 2025 for the ninth edition of its forward-looking and carefully curated one-day conference for a discerning audience of insurance-linked securities (ILS), reinsurance, risk transfer and capital markets experts.
We're returning to New York for our eighth in-person conference (our 2021 event was held virtually). For 2025 we will again have room for more than 400 attendees to join us.
We'll discuss the future of ILS once again in 2025, with the goal of inspiring discussion about the future of insurance-linked securities and the use of reinsurance capacity from the capital markets.
Our theme for ILS NYC 2025 is "Capturing opportunities (established & new)", so as well as our usual catastrophe bond, private ILS and collateralized reinsurance, and investor sentiment focus, we will also explore emerging segments of the ILS asset class.
With the insurance-linked securities (ILS) product set becoming ever more sophisticated and improved in recent years, with reinsurance rates still at historically high levels the ILS market has a chance to capture the opportunities this presents.
Demand for efficient reinsurance risk capital remains high and has been increasing, presenting opportunities for the ILS market to expand. Now, ILS specialists are expanding the asset class to new risk classes as well, broadening the set of opportunities that investors can capture.
As ILS market participants look to continue developing and growing the asset class, the industry and investors will gather again at Artemis ILS NYC 2025 looking to identify opportunities that suit risk-return targets and tolerances.

The event venue will be open from 8am to 7pm, with speakers beginning at 9am and running to 5pm, followed by a complimentary networking drinks reception afterwards. There will be regular complimentary refreshment breaks and lunch, so plenty of time to network as well.

Can I pay in another currency?
As we're a UK company it is simplest for tickets to be made available in GBP. Paying with a credit card will show in your local currency on that account or bill. If this is a major issue for you please contact us and we can arrange an invoice, although a small currency charge may apply.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is preferable, but we'll have a list of attendees on the day, however if you don't have your ticket please bring identification.
What is the refund policy?
Requests to refund tickets made within 7 days of their purchase and more than 14 days before the event will be honoured in full except in cases of force majeure, including Covid-related cancellation (see below), but administration fees will not be refunded.
A 50% of ticket cost refund will be offered for cancellations made after 7 days of purchase, but more than 14 days before the event except in cases of force majeure, including Covid-related cancellation (see below), but administration fees will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given within 14 days of the event date.
Should the event have to be cancelled due to force majeure including due to Covid-19 no refunds will be given, but we will offer all registered attendees an opportunity to attend another alternative event, in as suitable a location as possible and within 12 months of the cancellation.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Just drop us a line in advance to explain why this is the case and we can update the ticket.
COVID-19?
The event will follow any New York State guidance related to COVID-19 that is in-force at the time the conference takes place.
