Have you been throwing yourself at the wall with those dynamic, jumpy, coordinative boulders? Whether you want to learn new skills or hone-in what you’ve got, this is the class for you! Jiarra and Laís will go through the various mental & physical components involved when performing these parkour-like moves. Not only will this class teach you how to LAUNCH and CATCH, but these skills are useful with the kind of every-day rock climbing we’re all used to, too!
