Artecology Walk #2: Brent series

How can bare-branch gazing, deep-listening with birds, panoramic image-making and airy sourdough equip you for the most depressing week of the year?! Find out as you join artists Becky Lyon and Rhona Eve Clews as they host a nourishing ‘fresh start’ walk in Brent’s spacious Fryent Country Park.

Through a playful, experimental art and nature journey through the park we’ll offer simple practises to help you zoom out on the big picture, find new horizons in the new year and see the wood through the (bare) trees. Instead of hunkering down and knuckling through the Winter months we’ll offer creative and nurturing strategies, setting you on a positive course for the months ahead. Bring an open heart and join us for a Winter wander! ✨?

Useful information for this event:

• This event will take place outdoors so please come dressed for the weather!
• This event is designed for 16's+. There will be plenty of other opportunities for children and families during the Nature Connects Brent project so keep an eye out for other events
• Numbers are strictly limited for an intimate (and Covid-safe!) experience. As usual, please do not attend if you are unwell or have symptoms
• This event will involve some gentle walking and movement - crouching, standing, moving our bodies into shapes - please contact us if you have any queries
• The site is step-free but the ground may not be suitable for wheelchair users - please contact us if you have any accessibility queries
