Soundpainting is a live composing sign language used across multiple disciplines. With 1,500+ gestures, the Soundpainter guides performers in real time to create spontaneous, collaborative compositions.
📍 Created by Walter Thompson in Woodstock, NY (1974), Soundpainting is now practiced worldwide—and we’re bringing it right here to Buffalo.
