-Chelsea Calalay, also known as @HYPHYWYPHY , is a Filipino-American artist whose roots stretch between the vibrant cultural scenes of San Francisco and Metro Manila. With a heritage steeped in artistry and guided by a lineage of creative minds and graffiti trailblazers, Chelsea's portfolio spans across various mediums including painting, analog collage, jewelry crafting, and narrative prose. Her artworks serve as a dynamic fusion of experiences, drawing inspiration from the lively streets of Manila and the eclectic alleys of San Francisco's SoMa district.
-Chelsea's art echoes with authenticity and embraces diversity, seamlessly blending her cultural heritage with the urban landscapes she calls home. Through her bold compositions and intricate storytelling, she endeavors to bridge cultural gaps and celebrate the shared essence of humanity. Recognized within the contemporary art sphere, Chelsea captivates audiences with her poignant narratives and skilled craftsmanship.
- SuperGood4uThing consists of vocalist-keyboardist-producer Nüxia and multi-instrumentalist-producer Xae. Both born and based in the Bay Area and Southern California, respectively, their influences range from jazz and classical to soul and hip-hop. The sounds they make together defy genre yet trigger sweet nostalgia of the early digital age in fellow artists and audience members alike.
- DISH is a creative music based space and collective committed to nourishing community through unique artful experiences. This space has been a creative hub for Oakland's underground artists for the past three years, being run by founders: AroMa, Xae & Nuxia (of band Supergood4uthing), and now is officially open to the public for events and creative use under DISH collective.
