Join us for a morning of movement, colour and creativity as we explore the world of action painting.
Using pendulums, string and flowing paint, you'll create bold, contemporary abstract artwork full of rhythm, movement and unexpected patterns.
Throughout the workshop, we'll guide you through a series of techniques that use gravity and motion to create striking layered designs. You'll experiment with colour palettes, paint consistency and different swinging movements to build a piece that's completely unique to you. While every painting starts with the same techniques, no two outcomes are ever the same.
Whether you're trying action painting for the first time or looking for a fresh, expressive way to create, this workshop is suitable for all abilities. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to experiment and enjoy the process.

A 3-hour guided workshop
All paints and 1 small canvas (30 × 40 cm)
A stretched canvas to take home
Step-by-step guidance throughout

Location: Woodmill Coffee & Kitchen
Date: Saturday 3rd October
Time: 10am - 1pm
Price: £45 per person
Additional canvases are £5 each and can be purchased with cash or card on the day.
Let us know beforehand if your wish to use more than one canvas, or bring your own, in the size of your choice.
