Free for students with a valid student ID from a public Utah university or college.
So many things vie for our attention every day. Take an opportunity to slow down this Thursday and practice mindfulness with instructor Charlotte Bell. Join us as we explore the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and seek stillness within ourselves. We will practice slow and mindful looking at artwork and participate in traditional guided meditation. This free meditation practice is perfect for beginners—everyone is welcome. There will be six sessions in all, and guests are welcome to attend as many as they would like.
