ART WEEK: The Dead Rabbit NYC Pop-Up at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach

One of the world's most acclaimed and beloved bars, which humbly calls itself an Irish pub, while famously serving innovative and delectable craft cocktails including their perfected Irish Coffee, is taking up residence in the iconic Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, for the month of December only.

Led by The Dead Rabbit NYC Beverage Director and Managing Partner Jillian Vose and The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach's Head Mixologist, Enzo Cangemi, this once-in-a-lifetime experience brings the best of both bar programs to life in a cozy re-creation of the famous FiDi bar, all within the glamour of the famed South Beach property.

Ensuring authenticity, The Dead Rabbit bar team will be on-site and actively serving throughout the duration of the pop-up. This limited access experience will allow guests the opportunity to interact with the master mixologists from both teams and to hear the backstories and inspiration of each cocktail being served.

Order from the carefully-curated menu featuring fan favorites from The Dead Rabbit as well as new creations that pay homage to both The Dead Rabbit's Irish heritage and Miami Beach's exotic flair.

Those who book the 90-minute experience will receive a welcome punch amuse bouche and two cocktails of choice from the exclusive cocktail menu.
