You are invited to loosen your grip on outcome, get out of your head a little, and pay attention to what wants to emerge through the intuitive painting process.

This experience is designed for people who want a fresh way to connect with creativity... even if they haven’t painted in years or don’t think of themselves as artists. It offers a welcoming space to experiment, respond, notice, and create without the pressure to get it right.

Along the way, you may discover that painting becomes a surprising way to access self-expression, curiosity, and insight.

Art to Self is part creative play, part personal exploration, and part invitation to see yourself and your inner world with new eyes.

Your instructor, Rhona McBain, is an internationally exhibiting artist and former university Department of Art chair. This is serious creative instruction in a completely low-key environment.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
