Zalyra is a trauma-informed artist and teacher with a lifelong passion for self discovery.  She guides others in using Neurographic art as a calming and creative path to inner peace.  Blending intuitive expression with gentle structure, her classes offer a supportive space for  reducing stress, accessing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, beautiful artwork.  With a nurturing and inclusive and non judgmental approach, zalyra helps people of all backgrounds reconnect to their creativity- even if they don’t think they’re “artistic” her work is grounded in deep personal healing and a belief in the power of art to transform and soothe the nervous system.
