Art Therapy: Neurographic Drawing

Introducing art therapy workshops at UpCycle! Neurographic art combines art and mindfulness with a focus on being in the present moment. Starting with a short meditation, we'll use markers and upcycled inks to follow our intuitions and work through our emotions. We'll use this mindful art making technique as a tool for emotional regulation and dealing with problem solving and stress. This workshop is open to anyone ages 8 and up.
