Inner Light: Art Therapy Journey 🌿
A soft, intimate course where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and express what words can’t say — through art.
No pressure.
No “I can’t draw”.
No expectations.
Just you, your emotions, and a safe creative space.
During this journey, you will:
– paint intuitively
– explore your emotions through color
– create your inner world
– reconnect with yourself in a gentle way
Book a single event or full journey pass for 3 weeks. This art therapy will be happening every tuesday, no repietable lessons, so you can join us as many times as you need it.
