About this Event
Art therapy is a gentle way to explore your emotions, thoughts, and inner world through self-expression. It’s not about perfection but about using creativity to understand yourself, process experiences and find calm. Whether you’re new to art or experienced, this group provides a supportive space for personal growth. Art helps bypass the main cognitive filters which are ever present in speech thereby giving a more direct and authentic connection to your feelings and expressions.
Facilitated by our therapist Dafni, this group is open to anyone interested in exploring their creativity and finding new ways to process their inner experiences.
